Madhubala and Dilip Kumar were a popular pair in Bollywood movies for much of the 1950s. they were infact romantically involved with each other during that period too.

I thought that Saira Bano was the first “bold” heroine who had appeared in a bathroom song in a Bollywood movie. I was wrong. She was beaten in it by another actress by more than a decade.

While discussing old songs in this blog, I post video links from these movies. While doing that, I often tend to take them for granted. But the fact remains that much hard work is involved in getting these videos uploaded.

“Jeet” (1972) was a movie in which Randhir Kapoor was the hero. And even the best efforts from Laxmikant Pyarelal’s music could not save this movie from flopping.
