Many people, including me, may only be aware of “Sargam” (1979), which had some nice songs in them. But there was another movie of this name, viz “Sargam” (1950). This older movie was one of the biggest hit movies of its time and its songs were just amazing.

I have posted two songs from “Sargam” (1950) and I am realising that this movie was an amazing music blockbuster. What awesome songs this movie had ! And this movie was a big hit too.
