I am aware about this movie called “Dillagi” (1949) which was replete with timeless evergreen songs. It turns out that there is another movie of the same name that was released in 1966.

Some times name of the movie gives you an idea what to expect. If the title of a movie begins with the adjective “Chhoti” and it is followed by a common noun depicting a female person then you can expect a movie full of sacrifices and sad songs. Movie makers have left no such combination [...]

“Naghmaa” (1953) is a movie about which very little is known. The video of its songs are apparently not available so we only have audio of songs of this movie. I have so far discussed two songs from this movie.
