There is one Neeta who acted in Teesri manzil, Chitralekha,Kashmir Ki kali.
Someone has confirm the correctness of this fact.
It is not Helen that is 100% sure.

This particular actress was indeed in the movies Teesri Manzil- playing the role of Asha Parekh’s sister, and in the movie Kashmir ki Kali- playing the role of 1 of 3 girls who were staying in Shammi Kapoor’s bungalow..
