What a movie. One must watch it. Excellent performances by Feroz, Ashok Kumar and Raj Kumar.
This song comes at a crucial time, close to the climax, and is one of those ‘loaded with meaning’ songs which fit the situation to the T. Feroz has committed a crime for which an innocent person has paid, hence “paap kar paapi, bhare punyawan”

Yes, a great film by acting standards. All characters have done very well, be it Ashok Kumar, Raajkumar, Feroze Khan, Tarun Bose. A very well directed film too, managing a difficult theme of clash of values.
Pradeep ji,
This song is the Yippee moment for this film. All four songs are now posted.

Movie ke title sequence mein Raadhey shyaam ka naam hai.The elderly guy who lip syncs for the song may be Raadheshyam, But I had always seen him in “Mandir ke poojari” ke get up. Resemblences are there, but I can`t say that it is Radhey shyaam. I am not 100% sure.
