“Ham Ek Hain” (1946) was a Prabhat Film Company Limited Production. It was directed by P L Santoshi. This movie was the debut movie of Dev Anand, Rehman, Rane, Rehana and Kamla Kotnis. The movie also had Durga Khote, Ram Singh etc in it.

Rajinder Krishan liked to use the word “patang” (kite) whenever he got an opportunity to do so. And he has written some memorable “patang” songs in movies like “Nagin”, ‘Bhabhi” etc.
