“Dil Ki Raani”(1947) was directed by Mohan Sinha (father of actress Vidya Sinha) and directed by P V Bankar for Amar jyoti pictures film. The movie had Raj Kapoor, Madhubala, Munshi Khanjar, Shyamsunder etc. in it.

The movie had nine songs in it. Six songs from the movie have been discussed in the past.

Here is the seventh song from the movie. This song is sung by Geeta Dutt. Yashonandan Joshi is the lyricist. Music is composed by S D Burman.

This is a song from film Madhubala-1950.

Will you be not happy if you get the Cake and eat it too ? Same thing happened whenever Handsome Dev Anand and the most beautiful actress of Hindi films, Madhubala acted together in a film. The audience used to become ecstatic with joy watching their films. No one cared if the story was weak or the music was third grade. What was more important was to see Dev and Madhubala, with a contented heart !
