Haay tabassum tera

I was not aware of this movie called “Nishaan” (1965) . Now I have come to know that it was Sanjeev Kumar’s first movie as hero.
This song from “Nishaan” was also not known to me. I first listened to this song only yesterday, and I was hooked ! It is a superb song sung by Rafi. Jawed anwar is the lyricist and Usha Khanna composed the music.
PS-I have come to know that this song has an Asha Bhonsle version too. So this song is a multiple version song.

I find that Bollywood movie makers often cannot think of original titles for their movies. There was another movie by the same name in 1980s, in which Rajesh Khanna had acted.

This is quite a well-known Rafi song. I have heard it many times but did not know which movie, actor and all that.
Very nice song. Needless to mention, I like it a lot. 🙂
