I think I should have a category of songs called “songs that I thought were already discussed by I was wrong”. 🙂 There are many songs like this which I think have already been posted. so when a reader sends me a farmaish for that song or sends the lyrics of that song, I am surprised.
Take this song fro “Suhaagan” (1964). Till Prakashchandra sent the lyrics of this song, I thought this song was already there in the blog. And of course I was wrong.
so here is this song finally taking its place in the blog.
This song is sung by Lata and it is picturised on Mala Sinha. Hasrat Jaipuri is the lyricist and music is composed by Madan Mohan.
I have included the video as well as the audio of this song. the picturised version is shorter by one paragraph and there is some minor variations in the lyrics of the audio version from the movie version.
