Here is yet another “new” song for me though this song is older than me. Yes this song is from a movie called “Passport” (1961). I was neither aware of this song nor the movie till yesterday.
I find that this movie starred Pradeep Kumar and Madhubala. And this duet song, sung by Rafi and Lata is picturised on the lead pair. Farooque Qaisar is the lyricist. The lovely music of this song is composed by Kalyanji Anandji.

This movie is available to watch for free legally on Rajshree Films website. It was quite a nice, tight thriller.
Enjoyed it and recommend it (without being anything too remarkable)

Heard this song after ages today. Just realized that this is the song that Jaya bhaduri sings in jawaani deewani just b4 the antakshri song
