Mukesh and his Composers – 28
‘Kal Subah’ was an unreleased film which was in the making during the 70’s. It was also probably the film’s composer Binay Bhushan’s first and last film. The director was GS Madhup and the production house belonged to Shringaar Films. I could not fetch details about the actors in the unreleased film. I request knowledgeable readers to throw more light on this movie.
There were 6 songs in the film and the other 4 songs have been shared by Krishna Kalle and Robin Bannerjee. Mukesh has two duets with Usha Timothy in this film. Following is the short table of the two duets that Mukesh sang under the composition of Binay Bhushan.

Since this is a post on Mukesh association with composer Binay Bhushan, I am not going into the details of his association with Usha Timothy.
Actually, there is not much to write as there are only 4 songs of the combo including the two enlisted above. The remaining two songs from ‘Parivaar’ (1967) and ‘Vishwas’ (1969) have already been covered in the blog. As such, only one duet will remain to be covered for Mukesh and his co-singer’s series featuring Usha Timothy.
I have picked up the first duet in the list above for today’s post. It is a philosophical song and has an appealing rhythm and also an important message to convey.
