I am aware with a movie called “Kaajal” (1965) and I have discussed a few songs from this movie. It turns out that there was another older movie of the same name that was released in 1948.
Here is a song from this older movie viz “Kaajal”(1948). This song is a duet sung by Rafi and Suraiyya. Ghulam Mohammad is the music director.
The lyricist of this song is not known to me. I request our knowledgeable readers to tell us about the lyricist.

Only the audio of this song is available. This movie had Wasti, Suraiyya, Jayant etc and my guess is that this song is picturised on Wasti and Suraiyya.

KAJAL(1948) had 2 lyricists. 1) Shakeel Badayuni and 2) D.N.Madhok
