“Kaale Baadal”(1950) was directed by Anand Thakur for National Film of India production. The movie had Pushpa, Shyam, Meena, Gope, Jeevan, Raj Mehra, Ramesh Sinha, Tabassum, Hansa, M. Rajan, Pratima Devi etc in it.

Here is a forgotten song from this obscure movie. This song is sung by G M Durrani. Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shyam Sundar.

Only the audio of this song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.

Lyrics of this song were sent to me by Nitin Shah.

Song-Kisi bedard ne aisa jalaaya (Kaale Baadal)(1951) Singer-G M Durrani, Lyrics-Rajinder Krishan, MD-Shyam Sundar

Lyrics(Provided by Nitin Shah)

kisi bedard ne aisa jalaaya
aashiyaan dil ka aa aa
ke baaqi reh gaya
seene mein dhundhla sa nishaan dil ka

tadapna aur chup rehna
tadapna aur chup rehna
muhabbat aur kya hogi
agar ye bhi nahin chaahat
to chaahat aur kya hogi
tadapna aur chup rehna
muhabbat aur kya hogi
agar ye bhi nahin chaahat
to chaahat aur kya hogi

qayaamat se bahut pehle
qayaamat hamne dekhi hai
qayaamat se bahut pehle
qayaamat hamne dekhi hai
chiraamil(?) gar bichhad jaana
qayaamat aur kya hogi
agar ye bhi nahin chaahat
to chaahat aur kya hogi

muhabbat tumse ki thhi
aur duniya bhool kar ki thhi
muhabbat tumse ki thhi
aur duniya bhool kar ki thhi
siwa iske ?? hamse shiqaayat aur kya hogi
agar ye bhi nahin chaahat
to chaahat aur kya hogi
tadapna aur chup rehna
muhabbat aur kya hogi
agar ye bhi nahin chaahat
to chaahat aur kya hogi

What a touching expression of dejection in love by dear Rajendr Krishn. However two corrections in the transcription of the song.
1. First stanza: Tera milkar bichhad jana

2. Second Stanza: Siwa iske tumhen hamse shikayat aur kya hogi
