Somehow, “Teen Deviyaan” (1965) has gone under represented in this blog, though this movie boasts of several fine songs. One reason why I have not posted most of them could be that I did not get to listen to the songs of this movie when I was growing up and therefore I am not much familiar with these songs.
I am discovering “new” songs almost every day, and in this process, I recently discovered this song of “Teen Deviyaan”. It is a song that is sung beautifully by Rafi. This song is picturised on Dev Anand and Simi Garewal. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist and S D Burman composed the music.
What a treat this song is . I count myself lucky that I finally managed to listen to this song, even if it was some 45 years after this song was created.
