Aijam aijam aijamji jitne bhi gham hain ghalat kar daal

In 1950s, Bollywood movies discovered the songs of the genre that I call “party song” or “club” song, where a dancer (female mostly) sings and dances while people (good people as well as villains) are hanging out.
Songs of this genre soon became a staple diet for mainstream movies. There were non-mainstream movies (mythologicals,Arabian night kind of movies) too, where one cannot imagine to have scope for such a situation. But Bollywood movie makers could becount upon to create song situations where none exist. So such party /club song situations became common in these movies as well.
Take this movie called “Chaandni Chowk” (1954) for example. This movie too has a party song/ club song. This song is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Shailendra is the lyricist and Roshan is the music director.
I have little idea about the identity of the dancer on whom this song is picturised. I hoper that my knowledgeable readers will come up with the answer, as always.
PS-The dancer is Smriti Biswas. For this identification, I thank Greta (Memsaab), one of the regular knowledeable readers of this blog who can be counted upon to come to my rescue time and again.
The song itself is quite a hummable song.

Thanks a lot for identifying the dancer as Smriti Biswas. I can see that her name figures in the star cast of this movie.
When I appeal to my knowledgeable readers to identify actors for me, I mean readers like you, of course. That is a great identification as far as I am concerned, because I am not very good in identifying old actresses, as I have admitted quite often.
