“Love in Shimla” (1960), which predates all other “Love in …” movies in Bollwood was the debut movie of Sadhana and Joy Mukherji. And what a superb launch vehicle the two of them had got ! I have not watched the movie, but I have heard and watched a few songs of this movie, and if the songs are any indication, this movie was a great fun movie.
Earlier, I had posted a superb song from this movie that went Alif zabar aa alif zer ae alif pesh o . Here is another song from this movie. I was totally unaware about the existence of this song, but I became aware of this song thanks to the farmaishes by a few readers of this blog. And when I heard and watched this song, I decided that this song must belong here without any delay.
So here is this great fun song from “Love in Shimla” (1960). It is sung by Asha Bhonsle and Rafi and it is picturised on Sadhana, Joy Mukherji and a few adorable pets. Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist and Iqbal Qureshi is the music director.

Very cute song.
I had always heard of this movie but discovered all its songs only recently.
Based purely on the songs and their picturisation, I want to see this movie. I think I will enjoy it. Looks like a fun movie. 🙂
