“Raajhath” (1956) was a movie starring Pradeep Kumar and Mabhubala. This movie had some lovely songs in it. I have posted two songs from this movie already including the fabulous Ye waada karo chand ke saamne.
Here is a song that is a prelude to the songs posted earlier. In this song, Pradeep Kumar gets a fleeting glimpse of Madhubala who then gets away from his view.Pradeep Kumar is left wondering who that lovely lady was and he cannot get her out of his mind. We fully sympathise and empathise, of course.
His feelings are described wonderfully well in this song which is penned by Hasrat Jaipuri and sung by Rafi. Shankar Jaikishan composed the music.
