Ab raat milan ki beet chuki

In Hindi movies, majority of songs have their origins in Indian classical music or folk music. Other source of inspiration has been Western popular music, which in fact became a standard fare in Hindi movie music of 1970s and 1980s.
Western classical music too have inspired a few Hindi songs, but such songs are very few. To the best of my knowledge, most of them were created in 1950s.
Here is one such song from “Jaadoo” (1951). This song, as well as its picturisation is quite western.
The song and its picturisation mostly consists of music and dance. The lyrics constitute a very small portion of it. Lyrics (whatever little of it is there in this song) is written by Shakeel Badayuni and it is sung by Rafi. Naushad is the music director.
I am not aware of the actors on whom this song is picturised though I guess that the lady is Nalini Jaiwant. Can anyone throw light of who the actors could be ?
PS-This song is not included in the list of songs of “Jaadu” (1951) in Hindi Film Geet Kosh and it is mentioned there only in the footnote in HFGK.
