Bas chupke hi chupke se pyaar ho gayaa

Get together songs, accompanied by piano were introduced in Hindi movies in late 1940s. Such songs became standard fare in Hindi movies and remained so for the next three decades or so.
Here is one of the earliest such songs. This song is from “Ek Nazar” (1951). In this song, Rehman is shown playing the piano whereas Kuldip Kaur sings a song. That way, the picturisation of this song is more realistic than the usual piano songs where the same actor is shown playing the piano and singing simultaneously, which is a superhuman feat.
This song is sung by Geeta Dutt.Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist and S D Burman composed the music.
I have not been able to get the full lyrics of this song. Readers with keener ears are requested to provide the missing/ correct words where applicable so that I may be able to make the necessary corrections.

bas chupke hi chupke se pyaar ho gayaa
piyaa tera mera
ho piyaa tera mera
gupchup nazron se ???
gupchup nazron se
gupchup nazron se ???
thandi phuhaaren hain (?)
????
jiyaa aankhon hi aankhon mein bekaraar ho gayaa
piyaa tera mera
ho piyaa tera mera
bas chupke hi chupke se pyaar ho gayaa
piyaa tera mera
ho piyaa tera mera
jaane kaisi chaal chali tere mere dil ne
tere mere dil ne
jaane kaisi chaal chali tere mere dil ne
kisi ko pataa na chalaa
dil lage milne

ek doosre pe dil nisaar ho gayaa

bas chupke hi chupke se pyaar ho gayaa
piyaa tera mera
ho piyaa tera mera
bas aankhon hi aankhon mein ikraar ho gayaa
piyaa teraa meraa
ho piyaa teraa meraa
