“Jogan” (1950) is a movie starring Cast: Anwari, Dilip Kumar, Manju, Nargis, Pratima Devi, Rajendra Kumar, Tabassum etc in it. I have discussed two songs from this movie in the past, including the timeless Meera Bhajan Ghoonghat ke pat khol re .
Here is a song from this movie which is sung by Shamshad Begam. I am not sure about the identity of the lady(ladies) who lip sync this song. I request my knowledgeable readers to help identify them. One can also see Dilip Kumar and Rajendra Kumar in this picturisation.

She is Purnima. I saw her in a couple of films.
