“Kan Kan Mein Bhagwaan” (1963) was a Roopkala pictures presentation. it was directed by Babubhai Mistry. The cast included names like Anita Guha, Mahipal, Ratnamala, Ram Singh, Krishna Kumari, Raja Nene etc in it.
Here is a nice bhajan from this movie. Some kind soul has uploaded the video of this song recently. The song shows a baba singing this song while devotees look on. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the actor playing the baba. The kid shown in the picturisation grown up to become Mahipal.
PS-The baba is played by Raja Nene. I thank our inhouse expert Mr Arunkumar Deshmukh for this identification.
Manna Dey is the singer. Bharat Vyas wrote the lyrics and music is composed by Shivram.

KAN KAN MEN BHAGWAN-1963 was a very successful Dharmik movie in those days.I have seen this film .The story of 19th century famous Krishna Bhakta Jainath was depicted and it boasted of wonderful bhajans.There were 9 songs,and 8 were Bhajans.6 bhajans were by Mahendra Kapoor.One bhajan by Suman Kalyanpur-Main to bani re joganiya was excellent.
One of the bhajans-Bharat ke bhagwan Krishna ki amar kahani-by M.Kapoor was almost 10 minutes long !
The film showed how Jainath,with his unparalleled Bhakti wins hearts of people and how the temples were opened for the Harijans-like himself.
This film had lyrics by Bharat Vyas,known for his pure Hindi and Music by Pt.Shivram krishna,who specialised in Dharmik movies mainly,making the film songs a treat for the rligiously inclined.
The film was easily one of the major grossers of its time.

Thanks for posting this song. I have listened to this bhajan very early in the morning on radio vividhbharti while getting ready for my elementary school. Such a beautiful bhajan.
