“Aashiq” (1962) was a Reuben Dubey Production movie. It was directed by Hrishikesh Mukherji. The movie had Raj kapoor, Padmini, Nanda, Abhi Bhattacharya, Mukri, Raj Mehra, Nana Palsikar, Achla Sachdev, Honey Irani, Keshto Mukherjee, Leela Chitnis, Madhumati, Johnny Walker etc in it.
The movie was a musical blockbuster. It had eight songs in it and seven of these songs have already been discussed. Here is the eighth and last song from this movie.
This song is sung by Mukesh and it is picturised on Raj Kapoor. The movie in fact has two versions of it, namely the happier version and the sad version.
Hasrat Jaipuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shankar Jaikishan.
