“Saawan Ko Aane do” (1979) was a Rajshree Production movie. It was produced by Tarachand Barjatya and directed by Kanak Mishra. The movie had Arun Govil, Zarina Wahab, Rita Bhaduri, Amrish Puri etc in it.
The movie was a musical blockbuster. It had ten songs in it. As many as five of these songs have been discussed in the past.
Here is the sixth song from the movie. This song is sung by Anand Kumar Chitragupta, the song of Chitragupta who later formed Ananad-Milind music director duo with his brother Milind.
Fauq Jami is the lyricist. Music is composed by Raj Kamal.
The song is picturised as a radio song. Arun Govil is shows singing this song live in a radio station. The picturisation also shows Rita Bhaduri and Zarina Wahab.

Also one can see the photo of Anand Kumar.c. on the LP vinyl image of the sawan ko aane do:(both the imdb photo and this photo on vinyl cover can be called same eventhough the age of the singer show in both photographs)

My understanding is that the singer here is not Anand Kumar Chitragupta, but Anand Kumar C, who did a few movies during 70s-80s, and was frequently associated with Rajkamal (Sawan Ko Aane Do, Payal Ki Jhankar, Jazbaat, etc) and Feroz Khan (Qurbani, Janbaaz, etc).
Anand Kumar Chitragupta (of Anand-Milind fame) also sang a few songs, but in his own composed movies during 90s.
