“Neelam Pari” (1952) was directed by Dhirubhai Desai for Chandrakala Film company. the movie had Sajjan, Geeta Bali, Sapru, Gope, Kuldip Kaur, Kamal, Samson, Niranjan Sharma etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie. This song is picturised as a raj darbaar dance song where several dancers are shown dancing and singings paens of Neelam Raani.
The name of the singer is not mentioned in myswar (and I suppose HFGK as well), but the voice sounds like Asha Bhonsle. Hasrat Jaipuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Khursheed anwar.
The video of this song is available but it is difficult to make out the actors in the picturisation. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the actors in the picturisation.

Lyrics
mehfil teri saji rahe
heere moti jadi rahe
shobha teri bani rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani
mehfil teri saji rahe
heere moti jadi rahe
shobha teri bani rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani
phool tere hothon ki laali ee
chaand tere kaanon ki baali ee
mast pawan bhi teri daasi ee
nain tere madira ki pyaali
ho ho ho
madira ki pyaali
madira pyaali bhari rahi
roop chaandni khili rahe
har dil mein tu basi rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani
mehfil teri saji rahe
heere moti jadi rahe
shobha teri bani rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani
neelam ki ye kiran se ae
mehal tera jagmag chamke ae
neelam sukh varsha barsaaye ae ae
heere moti laal lutaaye
ho o o laal lutaaye

dhhoom khushi ki machi rahe
dar per duniya jhuki rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani
mehfil teri saji rahe
heere moti jadi rahe
shobha teri bani rahe
neel desh ki raani
neelam raani

I can just recognise only Sapru & Kuldip Kaur, sitting as King & Queen!
