“Mukhda” (1951) was produced and directed by Roop K Shorey. The movie had Majnu, Satish, Kuldip Kaur, Neeta, Siddiqui, Kukku etc in it.

Most online sources, who obviously have cut and pasted this content from the same source mention this as a song sung by Rafi, without actually listening to the song.
The song itself is quite rare to find. The only copy of this song available at YT is a poor quality recording from radio. On listening to this song, it becomes clear that the song is sung by Asha Bhonsle and the voice of Rafi is not at all there in the song. The song also has chorus as well as an unidentified male voice in it.
Aziz Kashmiri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Vinod.
Hopefully a better quality recording of this song will become available with time.
