“Sharda”(1942) was produced and directed by A R Kardar. It was the debut film for his Kardar Productions. The movie had was Mehtab, Ulhas, Wasti, Nirmala devi, Badri Prasad, Pratima Devi, Shyam Kumar etc. in it.
The movie had ten songs in it. Nine songs from this movie have been discussed in the past.
The tenth and final song from the movie is a rare song and it was not available on YT till now.
I have found that the early movies of Naushad tended to have their origins in folk music of UP in most songs whereas one song would have its origin in the folk music of Punjab.
This tenth and final song, just like the tenth and final song of Geet (1944) is based on Punjabi Folk music.
This tenth and final song from “Sharda”(1942) is sung by G M Durrani and Shyam Sundar as mentioned by HFGK.. Lyrics are by D N Madhok. Music is composed by Naushad.
I can only detect one voice in the song and it sounds like Shyam Kumar to me. But who known, it may actually be a duet of GM Durrani and Shyam Sundar (singer) as mentioned in HFGK. Since I can detect only one voice (may be it is a case of two singers singing together), I am unable to tell the two voices apart.
Only the audio of this song is available. I request our knowledeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.

Not sure if all 10 songs of this movie are posted. Couldnt find Nirmala Devi/Suraiya duet.

Atul ji,
To me, the song sounds like a duet song – G M Durrani and Shyam Kumar (not Shyam Sundar) whose singing part of the song is with G M Durrani. Hence it is difficult to differentiiate the voices of two singers.
Shyam Sundar has an effeminate voice which is not there in this song.
