“Laal E Yaman” (1933) was the first movie of JBH Wadia that he produced under his banner of Wadia Movietone. The movie had Jaal Khambhata, Karim Jah, Feroz Dastoor, Master Mohammad, Sayani, Nazeer, B Khan, Baman Shroff, Padma, Mohini, Kamla, Mayuri, Miss Leela etc in it.
Eight songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the ninth song from “Laal e Yaman”(1933). This song is sung by Feroz Dastooris available, it is clear that the song was picturised on himself.
Lyricist of this song is Munshi Aashaq. There were two music directors of the movie, viz Master Mohammad/ Josef David. The uploader of this song mentions Josef David as the music director.
