This movie had Sanjeev Kumar, Master Sachin, Mahmood Junior, Shahid, Anwar Hussain, Mukri, Sunder, Joginder, Keshto Mukerjee, Aruna Irani, Sulochana Chatterjee, Tabassum, Pratima Devi, Baby Gayatri, Baby Guddy, Master Alankar, Naeem and Tanuja.
Today (25 december 2016) is the day of Christmas. Here is a song from “Bachpan”(1970). This song is sung by Lata, an unknown female voice and chorus.

but Imdb.com mentions P.Susheela`s Name against this song with Lata, But,Imdb is not always correct, HELP !

May be it is Usha Khanna`s But there is one more confusion, I don`t remember any song she sang for Laxmi Pyare,
she sang mainly with Kalyanji Anandji, in Johnny mera naam(Pal bhar ke liye with Kishore), Kangan(1972-Juhke Jo teri naina with Mahendra Kapoor),Choti Bahu(1971-Dulhaniya bata de ri with Asha

But I don`t think voice of those 2 lines in the 2 antharas are of P.Susheela, as I listen to her Kannada movie songs very often
Also Vinyl records doesn`t mention her name, P.Susheela sung another song individually in this movie:

This song is close to my heart from my childhood whenever I listen this song tears rolled down from my eyes .
