“Khamosh Nigaahen”(1946) was produced by Roop K Shorey and directed by Moti B Gidwani for Shorey Pictures, Lahore. This movie had Pran, Manorama, Al Nasir, Majnooon, Jauhar, Zahoor Shah, Iqbal Sheikh, Kamla, Nafees, Neeta, Haidari, Fazal Shah etc in it.

The video of the song has been uploaded by Kelli Mistry who is the son-in-law of music director Vinod. According to him, the song has been sung by Vinod himself.
