“Maang” (1950) was directed by Saghir Usmani for New Light Film production, Bombay. The movie had Zia, Wasti, Mubarak, Ramola, Amar, Pratima, Malhotra, Leela Pande, Basu, Hemlata etc in it. This by now forgotten movie had ten songs in it. Three songs from the movie have been covered in the blog in the past.
Here is the fourth song from “Maang”(1950) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Lata. Sagheer Usmani is the lyricist. Music is composed by Ghulam Mohammad.
