“Sewa Gram”(1947) was directed by Narottam Vyas for Chitravani Productions, Bombay. The movie had Niranjan Prakash Verma, Nand Kishore, Satyawan, Sharda, Shashibala, Hira Devi, Bhardwaj, Madan singh, Prabhashankar Yagnik, Ramchandra Shukl, Madan Mohan Vyas, Shacheendra Ghosh, Manorama, Dr Sharma, Baby Kusum, Kumud, etc in it.
This obscure social movie had nine extremely obscure songs in it.
Here is the first song from “Sewa Gram”(1947) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by one unknown voice alongwith chorus. Pankaj is the lyricist. Music is composed by Kshir Chandra Bhattacharya.
