“Bulbul”(1951) was directed by A Rashid for Hindustan Productions, Bombay. This obscure movie had Majnu, Rukhsaana, Dilaawar, Sarla Devi, Jyotsna, Maqbool, Mannan, Sheikh etc in it.
The movie had five songs in it. One song has been covered in the past.
Here is the second song from “Bulbul”(1951) to appear in the blog. The movie had two music directors viz Vinod Kumar and C S Ragi as per HFGK, but records mention the initials of music director Ragi as K S Ragi. I have assumed the initials as K S Ragi.
The song under discussion is sung by this music director Raagi. Lyrics are by Nafees Lucknowi.
