“Tarang”(1952) was produced by Basudev Sinha and directed by I C Kapoor for Solar Films, Bombay. The movie had Munawar Sultana, Ajeet, Jeevan, Manorama, Baby Rehana, Master Raja, Manju, Lalita, Bhagwan Ji, Niranjan Sharma etc in it.
The movie had ten songs in it. Eight songs have been covered in the past.
Here is the ninth song from “Tarang”(1952) to appear in the blog. This song, like the previous song that was covered is a nok jhonk song. It is sung by Shamshad Begam and Chitragupta. I C Kapoor is the lyricist and Chitragupta is the music director.
