“Ehsaan”(1954) was produced by J G Mohla and directed by Rajendra Sharma for Mohla Films, Bombay. The movie had Prithviraj Kapoor, Munawwar Sultana, Shammi Kapoor, Kamal Kapoor, K N Singh, Gulab, Chaman Puri, Praveen, Rajan Kapoor, Baby Nazar, Zarina, Narbada Shankar, Roopmaala, with Baby Naaz in guest appearance.
“Ehsaan”(1954) had seven songs in it. Four songs have been covered in the blog so far.
It is interesting to note that all seven songs in the movie are female solo songs. Asha Bhonsle sang for of the songs. Lata Mangeshkar sang two songs, wheras Begam Akhtar sang one song. All songs sung by Lata Mangeshkar and two songs sung by Asha Bhonsle have been covered so far.
Here is the fifth song from “Ehsaan”(1954) t appear in the blog. This song is sung by Asha Bhonsle. D N Madhok is the lyricist. Music is composed by Madan Mohan.
Only audio of the song is avilable. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of the song.
