#the Decade of Forties – 1941 – 1950 #
—————————————————————
‘Hans Ke Jiyo-1950’ (or 1941-1950) was an unreleased movie from the decades of 1941-1950. As per information available in Geet Kosh Vol-II (1941-1950) this movie was made in the decade of 1941-1950. But, there is very less information available about this movie. The name of the production banner for this movie is mentioned as D.M.G. Films. Director of this movie is not mentioned. Likewise, no information is available about the cast of this movie. However Geet Kosh lists seven songs for this movie with singer’s name for each song. Again the lyricist name for the individual songs is mentioned for two songs only which is Chhabi Kumar ‘Mast’, and rest songs have been left blank against the lyricist’s name. The singers list for this movie includes Sulochana Kadam, Sadashiv Gujar, Suman Purohit, and Vinod Kumar.
I had earlier presented two songs from this movie and today’s song is the third song from this movie. I am adding below the note by our editors with the first song from this movie.
Editor’s note:- Going by the record number of this song (Columbia GE 8590)-and comparing them with other record numbers of Columbia records, this song and other songs of this movie were released in 1949.
HFGK guesses this movie to be a movie of the decade of 1941 to 1950, which turns out to be correct. Moreover, according to HFGK, this movie was released, only its year of release and full details of the movies are not known. We can consider it to be a released movie of 1949.
The audio of this song is not clear to me and I was unable to note correct words at many places in this song. I would request knowledgeable readers to provide the correct words wherever I have not been able to do so and also throw more light on this movie and its songs please. Lyricist of the song is not known while the music is composed by K. Narayan Rao. Geet Kosh mentions the name of singers for this song as Sulochana Kadam and Suman Purohit.
Let us listen to this song now…

ek saath chalen
donon mil kar
ek saath chalen
donon mil kar
hain raah wahee
manzil hain wahee
ek chaah bhee hai
ek aas bhee hai
armaan hain waheen
manzil hai waheen
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
hain raah wahee
manzil hain waheen
manzil hain waheen
anjaam na jaane
kyaa hogaa aa
dil ko lagaa baithhe hain magar
lutne kee hai khud chaah agar
gairon se bhalaa
kyun ho na dar
dil dil se agar mil jaaye kaheen
dil dil se agar mil jaaye kaheen
phir jo kuchh bhee
mushqil hee naheen
phir jo kuchh bhee
mushqil hee naheen
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
hai raah wahee
manzil hai wahee
manzil hai wahee
ulfat mein haar
gaye hain dil
badnaam bhale hee
ho jaayen
chaahat ??
????
bechain banen
aur tadpaayen
kuchh khwaab agar
????
kuchh khwaab agar
????
??raushan hai is manzil mein
??raushan hai is manzil mein
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
ek saath chaley
donon mil kar
hai raah wahee
manzil hai wahee
manzil hai wahee
