“Chhoti Duniya”(1953) was produced by D M Sheth and directed by Uday Kumar for Meera Productions, Ahmadabaad. This highly obscure movie had Uday Kumar (director of the movie), Leela Kumari, Nannoo, Ranjit kumari, Ashwini Roy, B.Lalwani, Mulji Khushal, Babu, Chander, Asha etc in it.
“Chhoti Duniya”(1953) had seven obscure songs in it. Four songs ftom the movie have been covered in the blog.
Here is the fifth song from “Chhoti Duniya”(1953) to appear in the blog. HFGK describes this song as a female solo song sung by Mrs Vishnilal. But listening to this song, one notices that this song is a duet, sung by an unknown male voice and Mrs Vishnilal. Bekal Utsahi is the lyricist. Music is composed by Rajhans Kataria.
Only audio of the song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the unknown male voice. Could the male voice by that of S Balbir, who sang a duet with Mrs Vishnilal in this movie that has already been covered in the blog ?
