“Gaurav”(1947) was directed by K J Parmar for Mukti Productions, Bombay. This obscure “social” movie had Zeenat, Ghanshyam, Raj Mehra, Munshi Khanjar, Charubala, Shobharani, O P Gaud, Baby Rajni, Hira Date, D Babulal, Pinakin Shah, Pratap Ojha, Anant Acharya etc in it.
“Gaurav”(1947) had 11 songs in it. Two songs have been covered in the blog.
Here is the third song of “Gaurav”(1947) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Ramesh and chorus. Saraswati Kumar Deepak is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shanti Kumar Desai.
Though the song credits Ramesh as the singer, bulk of the song is sung by chorus.
Only audio of the song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of the song as well as on the movie itself.
