Found the name. The “round faced guy” is so many of those groupd dances of those days is Chinu Rajput.

Pancham Da ( RDB ) used to song Bengali songs for which he , himself composed music . On such example ‘ Mone Pore Rubi Ray ‘ ( Meri Bheegi Bheegi Palkon , Kishore Da Anamika ) .
But he sang much fewer number of Bengali songs than his father SDB did .
Kudos to father son duo .

I have the same question. That “round faced guy” was in numerous group dances of those days. Would love to give him the recognition he deserves.
