Tumhe jo bhi dekh lega

I wonder how many movies were there titled as “Majboor” ? The one I knew while growing up was Amitabh Bachchan’s 1974 movie of this name. And it appears that there was a movie by this name sometime in 1940s too. And now I find that there was a 1964 movie of this name too.
This “Majboor” had Vishwajeet and Waheeda Rehman ( a hit pair of those days) in it. This song is a “river” song, with the two taking a few dips in the river and the hero singing this song. I recall that I had posted another “river” song a few days ago with Feroz Khan in it. I think that such “river” songs had become fashionable those days thanks to Raj Kapoor movies like “Jis Desh me Ganga Bahti hai” and “Sangam”.
This song, sung by Hemant Kumar, is quite hummable. In fact, Hemant Kumar was at his singing and composing best those days. Music is by Kalyanji Anandji and lyrics are by Indeewar. And in this picturisation, the fellow is looking a bit different from the Vishwajeet that I know. I wonder why he is looking different.

it is wonder that such songs are available on net. i am taken a back and very glad too.
