I have barely heard the name of this movie called “Menhdi Lagi Mere Haath”(1962). I plead not guilty for being unaware of this movie. My defence is that this movie had Shashi Kapoor and Nanda in lead roles and that is a strong enough reason for a normal movie to end up as an obscure movie.
I was not aware of the songs of this movie as well. But when I listened to them recently, I found that the songs were wonderful. I liked these songs after I discovered them.
Here is a lovely song from this movie. It is a dance song that is sung by Suman Kalyanpur and it is picturised on Nanda and other ladies. The song is written by Anand Bakshi and music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji.
This song is a nicely sung and nicely picturised song. I am sure readers will love watching this song from “Menhdi Lagi Mere Haath” (1962).

I saw this movie sometime last year. A routine movie, nothing that stands out. This song is pretty decent though.

Personally I like this song more than the other songs of the movie which are just as nice.

no doubt that song is not only good but very good.but the beauty of this song is its picturisation . choriography is good but the camerawork is fantastic which makes you sit and not only listen the song while doing some work here and there but watch it.most of the times you loose intrest in the song which you have heard so many times and like it but when you see the picturisation you loose intrest.but this song is is reverse.again camerawork is fantastic.
