There are songs in Hindi movies that I call philosophical songs. I just realised that calling them spiritual songs is a better description of those songs. So now I have opened a new tag, viz. “Spiritual song” tag for such songs.
This song tells people that they need not search for God outside because God is very much there within everyone. It is quite a spiritual message, indeed. This song is written wonderfully well by Pt Madhur. Hemant Kumar and Geeta Dutt sing this song. Avinash Vyas is the music director. The movie is called “Ekaadashi” (1955).
Here is this rare song from an obscure movie that is certain to have a calming influence on its listeners. That way, this song is a “mental massage” song too.
