“Kavi Kalidas” (1959) is a movie in which Bharat Bhushan played the title role of Kalidas, the great Saskrit poet of the middle ages.
I have discussed as many as four songs from this movie. It is interesting to note that more than one singer’s voice was used for Bharat Bhushan in this movie. Rafi and Manna Dey sang for Bharat Bhushan in this movie.
Here is another song from this movie. This song is sung by Manna Dey and it is lip synced by Bharat Bhushan. Bharat Vyas is the lyricist and S N Tripathi is the music director.
