Kyun ae dil e deewaanaa

The title of the movie “Bikhhre Moti” (1951) gives enough statutory warning that this movie is a melancholic movie with melancholic songs. Indeed, this movie which had Jayant, Jeevan, Kamini Kaushal, Neelam, Nigar Sultana, Ranjana etc in it have just that kind of songs in it.
I have already discussed one song from this movie and here is another.
This song is sung by Lata. Akhtar ul Imaan is the lyricist and music is composed by Ghulam Mohammad. Since only the audio of this song is available, one can only hazard a guess about the picturisation of this song. Going through the star cast of this movie, it would seem that this son was picturised either of Kamini Kaushal or Nigar Sultana, but one cannot be sure. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw more light on this matter.
Song-Kyun ae dil e deewaanaa (Bikhhre Moti) (1951) Singer-Lata, Lyrics-Akhtar ul Imaan, MD-Ghulam Mohammad
Lyrics
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
hai hosh se begaanaa
kuch ham bhi sunen aake
kuch ham bhi sunen aake
tu kiska hai deewaanaa
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
kiske liye jeeta hai
kiske liye marta hai
kiske liye jeeta hai
kiske liye marta hai
kiske liye marta hai
jab koi nahin tera
jab koi nahin tera
phir kiska hai deewaanaa
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
aa raat na dhal jaaye
duniya na badal jaaye
aa raat na dhal jaaye
duniya na badal jaaye
duniya na badal jaaye
wo doob chaley taare
wo doob chaley taare
keh daal ye afsaanaa
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
jab aankh mili thhi unse
ye kyun na kahaa tooney
jab aankh mili thhi unse
ye kyun na kahaa tooney
ye kyun na kahaa tooney
munh pher ke mat jaao
munh pher ke mat jaao
dil dil ka hai nazraanaa
kyun ae dil e deewaanaa
