“Do Dilon Ki Daastaan” (1966) is a forgotten movie by now. This movie was a Deep and Sandeep Production. It was directed by Pradeep Kumar. Starcast of the movie had names like Pradeep Kumar, Vyjyanti Mala, Om Prakash, Jagdeep, Rehman, Shashikala, B. Nandi, Nazir Hussain, Tuntun etc.
I have discussed one song from this movie in the past. Here is another song from the movie. This song is a Rafi Asha Bhonsle duet. It is picturised on Pradeep Kumar and Vyjyanti Mala.
The song is an equal opportunity teasing song where both tease each other, and the teasing is gentle and tastefully done, unlike the Rajendra Kumar brand of teasing that we were used to those days.
Raja Mehdi Ali Khan is the lyricist. Music is composed by O P Nayyar.
I became aware of this song only just now and I loved listening to this song.

Today,in an earlier comment on a song of Musafirkhana,I had mentioned about Pradeep Kumar’s films being produced by his brother,kalidas,a fact not very well known.
The banner of this film,DO DILON KI DASTAN-1966 was ‘Deep and Pradeep productions ‘ (and NOT Sandeep as mentioned above).
This production house was in the name of Deep Khosla and Pradeep Kumar who produced 4 films under this banner.Although it was Kalidas behind the name of Deep Khosla, Kalidas and Pradeep Kumar directed these films.
While Kalidas directed Ek Jhalak-57 and Police-58,Pradeep Kumar himself directed Musafirkhana-66.Ek Shola-58 was directed by Chander Sehgal,who was none other than Kalidas himself in a pseudoname.
In all the 4 films the Hero was Pradeep Kumar.
There were 3 Lyricists in Do dilon ki Dastan-Raja Mehdi ali Khan,SHBihari and Shevan Rizvi.

Sorry,there is a mistake in my above write up.
The film Do dilon ki dastan was directed by Pradeep Kumar and NOT Musafirkhana.
Regret the slip.
