“Aakhri Daao” (1958) was a Movie Stars Production. It was directed by Mahesh Kaul and the starcast had Shekhar, Nutan, Minoo Mumtaz, Shammi, Shobha Khote, had Badri Prasad, Jeevan, Nazir Hussain, Kamal Kapoor, Leela Misra, Tuntun, Bhudo Advani, Johnny Walker etc.
These days we have become interested in discussing the missing songs from movies where most of the songs are already covered. This movie has 7 songs in it and as many as six of these songs have already been discussed, with the sixth song being discussed just the previous day.
The last missing song of the movie which was described as “Nasiha mat kar-Asha” gave me a hard time because I drew a blank wherever I looked. This song was obviously not available in YT as well in other sites that claim to contain all information about all movies while in reality containing nothing more than a blank page. I finally managed to find the audio of this song which I then uploaded late last night.
Here is this seventh and last song from “Aakhri Daao” (1958). It is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Madan Mohan.
This song is so hard to come across and that makes me think that only the audio of this movie may be available. I request the knowledgeable readers to tell us more about this song. Was this song excluded from the movie or did it figure in the movie. If it was in the movie, then how and on whom was this song picturised. It appears to me that this song, like the title song from the movie could well have been picturised on Minu Mumtaz.

I have seen this video of this song, atleast 10 times , but I am not able to recollect the sequence or on whom the song was picturised.
Ghosh!!!
From morning I am trying to recollect the scene of this song. Sorry I give up.
