Meena Kumari, whose birth anniversary falls today (1 august) was not a legendary actress for nothing. She is well known ,and even typedcast in public mind for her melancholic roles, but she was very good in other roles as well.
She played happy roles in several movies of 1950s, especially opposite Kishore Kumar. And she played happy housewife in a few movies, typically opposite Sunil Dutt, dancing away happily, like in this song (Chali gori pee ke milan ko challi(Ek Hi Raasta)).
Meena Kumari also played a doting mother to small kids. Who can forget immortal songs viz. Chal mere ghode tik tik tik (Chiraag Kahaan Roshni Kahaan) as well as Jyoti kalash chhalke(Bhaabhi ki choodiyaan)(1961) where Meena Kumari plays mother so memorably.
Here is a lullaby song from “Saanjh Aur Sawera” (1964). This song is sung by Suman Kalyanpur. It is picturised on Meena Kumari and a young baby. Hasrat Jaipuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shankar Jaikishan.

Meena loved playing mother. Besides the children songs that you have mentioned, I remember her song from DIL EK MANDIR which she sings for a baby girl sick with a terminal disease, Meri ladli. It was also composed by S-J and probably the lyrics were by Hasarat.
