“Naya Daur”(1957) was produced and directed by B R Chopra. The movie had Dilip Kumar, Vyjyanti Mala, Ajit, Chand Usmani, Jeevan, Nazir Hussain, Manmohan Krishna, Leela Chitnis, S. N. Banerjee, Pratima Devi, Daisy Irani, Nazir Kashmiri, Radha Krishnan, Johnny Walker etc in it.
As many as seven songs from “Naya Daur”(1957) have been discussed in the past. Today (28 january 2013) is the sixth death anniversary of O P Nayyar (16 january 1926- 28 january 2007). On this occasion, here is the eighth song from “Naya Daur”(1957). This song is sunng by Rafi and it is picturised on Dilip Kumar as a tonga song. Sahir Ludhianvi is the lyricist. Music is composed by O P Nayyar.

i think we can YYYIIIPPPEEE! for “Naya Daur” yes or no Arunkumarji?
it has to be mentioned here that Rafi sang for both the heroes in this song as well as “Yeh Desh Hain Veer Jawano ka”

Yes of course , the mujra song is still remaining.
Peevesie’s Mom is right that Rafi is giving playback for both Dilip Kumar and Ajit in this song as well as ‘yeh desh hai veer jawaanon ka’ . But Balbeer is also singing for Ajit in that song.
‘Dil le ke dagaa denge’ is likely at the end of the film.

You found the elusive video link of this song. I am looking for this link since months. I had sent the lyrics of this song with the Audio link long back.
This is the last remaining song of ‘Naya Daur”.
This tune is the same as this song from Anil Biswas’s ‘Heer” (1956)
When I saw that song of ‘Heer’ for sending the lyrics, that time I remembered this song and since than i was looking for the video link.
