“Aakash Pari” (1958) was a Delight pictures production. It was directed by Mohan Sinha. The movie had Ram Singh, Mahipal, Kusum Pradhan, Maruti etc in it.
This movie has got to be among the more obscure of Hindi movies, seeing that hardly any information is available about this movie. Its songs have also been forgotten alongwith the movie, though the songs desrve to be known better.
Here is a song from “Aakash Pari” (1958). This song is sung by Geeta Dutt. Anjum Pilibhiti is the lyricist. Music is composed by Inayat Ali.
I request our knowledgeable readers to throw more light on this movie, on the picturisation of this song as well as on the music director of this movie, who is a new name for me.
