“Sehra” (1948) is an obscure movie and hardly any information is available online about this movie. One song from this movie has been discussed in the past. Our beloved inhouse encyclopaedia Mr Arunkumar Deshmukh shared some rare information about this movie at that time. Here is what he has to say about this movie:-
SEHRA(1948), an Arun Production film, was directed initially by R D Bali, who left(or removed ?) half way and then director D B Joshi completed the direction. The Music Director was S Mohinder and the lyrics were written by SURJIT SETHI. (He wrote lyrics for Paapi-53 which had Rajkapoor/Nargis, Bahadur-53, Nili-50, Sau ka Note-55 etc.). The story and dialogues were by Pt Girish.
The cast was Arunkumar Ahuja and Maya Devi in lead pair. This Maya devi acted in about 30 films, from Jeevan Prabhat-1937 to Alif Laila-1953 including the controversial film Bharosa-1940 by Sohrab Modi.
The others were Nirmala Devi, S Nazir, Sheikh, Leela Mishra etc.
Here is a rare song from this obscure movie. It is sung by the two parents of Govinda, viz. Arun Kumar and Nirmala Devi! Surjit Sethi is the lyricist. Music is composee by S Mohinder.

Most probably, the singers Arun Kumar Ahuja and Nirmala Devi are parents of Hindi movie popular Hero GOVINDA(Chi Chi bhiayya). Please correct me If I am wrong.
