“Himmat”(1970) was produced by P Mallikarjuna Rao and directed by Ravikant Nagaich. The movie had Jeetendra, Mumtaz, Prem Chopra, Aruna Irani, Naaz, Asit Sen, Tuntun, Agha, Jagdeep, K N Singh, Sachin etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie.
This song is sung by Rafi and Lata. Anand Bakshi is the lyricist. Music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal.
It is surprising to know that only the audio of this song is available. This is an extremely hummable song that I remember hearing a lot on loudspeakers during my younger days before I forgot all about this song. I was not aware of any details about this song even those days.
Though only the audio of this song is available, it is certain that the song is picturised on Jeetendra and Mumtaz.

Atul ji, thanks for the post and including one from me in this series of ‘tribute to Rafi Saab’.
on 31 st when i came to know that it is Mumtaz’s birthday, this song easily come to mind as it has both singing by Rafi saab and having Mumtaz in it, however as i could not get the video link when i shared this song, i can not insist for its posting.
Lekin mere mann ki baat aap tak kaise pahunchi ye pata nahin!

I too tried for it, but unfortunately could not find it, and it did not appear in the suggestions also. After this song i do some more Jeetendra songs from the same period but this eluded me.
